Shipping and returns

All orders placed will be processed within 8 working hours and will be delivered as per the confirmed delivery date between 9am and 6.30pm provided all stock items are available. Standard delivery for products available from stock are on an estimated 3-5 working day delivery schedule, this approximation can vary depending on your location and quantity of each purchase. For those products which are not immediately available from stock, an approximate availability will be advised when we contact you to confirm your order acceptance. You will be notified when your order is ready for delivery. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays).

Our Next Day service to most of UK Mainland will be available for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 10:30am for an additional charge (delivery on working days only). Orders placed for Next Day delivery after 10:30am on a Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
Our Next Day service is for delivery the next working day, and will take place between 8am – 7pm. Unfortunately a time window may not be given due to the ‘express’ nature of this service.

Deliveries are made via courier companies to the “kerb side”. Unfortunately due to insurance guidelines, drivers are not responsible to take goods into your home. Therefore, please arrange for adequate help at the time of delivery - deliveries are carried out by a single driver and will likely need assistance. (Please be aware some goods can weigh in excess of 25 Kilos).

If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (other than by reason of circumstances under control of the Supplier) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Supplier, the Supplier may:

Charge you for re-delivery.

What happens if I want to return goods ?

If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number. We will then initiate a new return and provide the necessary return address details. A full refund, minus any shipping costs and restocking fees, will be issued once we receive the items in their original condition.

Please note: Products must be returned in a new & unused condition, in their original packaging unless otherwise agreed.

Bespoke and made to order items cannot be returned.

The Invisible Frameless Hidden Concealed White Primed Flush FD30 Fire Door is a universal design allowing one aluminium frame to be installed four ways.
Left or Right, Push or Pull opening.
The Invisible Frameless Hidden Concealed White Primed Flush FD30 Fire Door has a special edge profile that has been specifically designed to grip the plaster allowing for a minimalist architrave free look.
Comes supplied with OSB spacers that keeps the frame perfectly plumb when installing.
The frame arrives primed and protected against oxidisation.
Can be used with standard metal, timber stud walls or masonry
Minimum stud 63mm – No max
Supplied with 3 way adjustable hinges allowing for a perfect flush finish.
Supplied with magnetic latch, bumper seals, hinges, hinge cover plates and strike plate.
Supplied with the doors.
Supplied with the intumescent kits
Door Handles are not supplied.
Stock Availability: Please be aware that our doors’ stock status may not always be up to date on the website. Even if a door is listed as in stock, it may not be available for immediate dispatch.
Order Processing Time: Non-stock doors may require additional processing time.
Orders for doors not currently in stock could take up to 3 weeks for delivery to UK Mainland.
Please note that the 610 door is not a stock item therefore delivery can take up to 12 weeks.

1) Any quantity difference or edge damaged must be advised to the driver and must be marked as damaged on this document at time of delivery.
2) Photos of the damaged doors whilst still on the pallet must be sent to us within 3 days.
3) No claims for face damage will be considered after door hanging has started.
4) Replacements will only be actioned if advised in writing with photos of the damaged doors whilst still on the pallet and have been marked as damaged on the couriers delivery note.
5) Credits will only be issued after doors are inspected on site and/or returned to our premises for inspection.
6) Care is needed when unloading with mechanical trucks, to ensure safe handling, max weight 2 tons.
7) Failure to confirm to above will invalidate any potential claims.
