Shipping and returns

All orders placed will be processed within 8 working hours and will be delivered as per the confirmed delivery date between 9am and 6.30pm provided all stock items are available. Standard delivery for products available from stock are on an estimated 3-5 working day delivery schedule, this approximation can vary depending on your location and quantity of each purchase. For those products which are not immediately available from stock, an approximate availability will be advised when we contact you to confirm your order acceptance. You will be notified when your order is ready for delivery. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays).

Our Next Day service to most of UK Mainland will be available for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 10:30am for an additional charge (delivery on working days only). Orders placed for Next Day delivery after 10:30am on a Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
Our Next Day service is for delivery the next working day, and will take place between 8am – 7pm. Unfortunately a time window may not be given due to the ‘express’ nature of this service.

Deliveries are made via courier companies to the “kerb side”. Unfortunately due to insurance guidelines, drivers are not responsible to take goods into your home. Therefore, please arrange for adequate help at the time of delivery - deliveries are carried out by a single driver and will likely need assistance. (Please be aware some goods can weigh in excess of 25 Kilos).

If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (other than by reason of circumstances under control of the Supplier) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Supplier, the Supplier may:

What happens if I want to return goods ?

If you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number. We will then initiate a new return and provide the necessary return address details. A full refund, minus any shipping costs and restocking fees, will be issued once we receive the items in their original condition.

Please note: Products must be returned in a new & unused condition, in their original packaging unless otherwise agreed.

Bespoke and made to order items cannot be returned.

Description

Concealed Omega Primed Door Set is an innovative solution that allows you to creatively create an interior using invisible doors, giving the opportunity to finish the leaf surface with wall colours. Hidden door hinges are built into the sash and frame and are only visible when the door is open. The concealed frame door is installed in the wall so it is suitable for most partitions and load-bearing walls. Due to the hidden framework, which is masked with plaster or plasterboard, the decision to insert them is best made at the stage of wall construction.

COATING: Door leaf primed – ready for painting.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LEAF

Wide surfaces of door leaf are primed and ready for painting or paperhanging (e.q. in the colour of the walls). Painting is to be done at ones discretion or optional choose painted decor.

OPENING DIRECTION: Selectable for “left“, “right” and “Inward“, “Outward” opening.

Height: up to 2500 mm.
Width: up to 1000 mm.
Thickness: 56 mm.

FRAME DESCRIPTION
The aluminium door frame is invisible after installation, built into openings or treated with plasterboard panels. After finishing the masonry, only the cut of the frame is visible.

STANDARD DOOR SET
x1 Door leaf, x1 aluminium frame, and x1 Box with Fittings: magnetic lock, hidden hinges. each component is packed separately.

Customers are required to check that all three components have been received at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies, missing items or damages must be reported to us within a maximum of 72 hours from the time of delivery.

Please note that no claims will be accepted after this 72-hour period.
